Neil Holmes is Founder and President of Voice Creative; an award winning copy, voice and audio production supplier for broadcast, internet and cable operations.

A graduate of Michigan State University, Mr. Holmes is a contributing columnist for Small Market Radio Newsletter and Radio and Production, along with representing the radio industry to several organizations. He has worked in local radio markets in sizes from St. Cloud to St. Louis providing talent coaching, sales training, client consultations and results driven radio advertising.

With an extensive education in effective radio advertising, most of his time is spent writing, producing and voicing commercials for radio and TV stations from coast to coast, including conception and production of commercials that increased a client's business 900 percent in under three months.
